Two types of housing are available; in-campus dormitory and out-campus room-based rental. We recommend dormitory because you are a first comer at Korea and need some time to settle down. Because only limiting numbers of room are available in the dormitory, we need to reserve rooms as soon as possible if you prefer dormitory. So read the following information carefully, and send us your decision via E-mail as soon as possible.

1) Dormitory
There are 3 plans on the price-base. The following plans are good for each semester. You need to pay additional rental fee during vacation. The rental fee includes two meals per day. Each room is equipped with bed, desk, LAN port and small clothes chest. Common facilities equipped with TV, computer, washer, iron, and water purifier are also available. However, cooking is not allowed in the dormitory building.

4 people for one room : 633,600 Korean Won / each semester (4 month), male students only
2 people for one room : 756,400 Korean Won / each semester (4 month)
2 people for one room : 966,150 Korean Won / each semester (4 month), male students only

2) Room-based rental
There are many options available. Rental fee, thus, varies a lot. You can rent a room or an apartment yearly or monthly. Monthly rental fee starts from about 150,000 Korean Won per month.
These kinds of rooms are equipped with bath room and kitchen but not furnished. You should prepare all the goods you need to live. However, you can cook and share the room with a room mate. If you prefer out-campus room rental, you don’t need to be hurry.

Health insurance

Health insurance plan is offered for 26,000 Korean Won per month. Getting health insurance is strongly recommended in Korea.
